Refund & Exchange Policy

Important

Before securing a payment please be sure that everything is correct. Check payment information, size, color, order address, and read the products description in its entirety as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. After receiving a tracking number it will be too late to correct it. Email us at dddfashions1@gmail.com to cancel your order within 24 hours.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are tailor-made for you, they can take 15-20 days to arrive and are non-refundable.

Returns

DDD Fashions does not accept returns for sanitary purposes. Unless it’s a replacement order. Please contact us stating your Name and Order Number and the reason for return.

Replacement

If there are any problems with your order on our end, please contact us and we will correct any issues. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dddfashions1@gmail.com.

In case of a damaged item please also provide a photo.

All items must be returned within 7 days of reporting the items to be returned to us.

Alternatively, items can be exchanged or you might be credited towards your new order depending on the arrangement. Refund can take upto 5 working days.
